By creating a Smart JSA Bridge account, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. This service aims to facilitate the sharing of safety knowledge and foster mutual development.
This service provides a Safety Knowledge Repository where industrial safety managers can store, share, modify, and utilize Job Safety Analysis (JSA) templates.
All JSA templates registered in the library are information voluntarily contributed by users.
Mass crawling of other users' knowledge contributions to build a separate paid service or exploiting them for non-safety purposes is strictly prohibited.
As this platform is accessed globally, we align our service principles with internationally recognized standards, specifically the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. Users are expected to comply with these globally accepted safety standards, as well as their respective local regulations, when contributing content.
In the event of inappropriate data posting or a violation of community rules, the platform reserves the right to delete the relevant content or restrict account access without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and comply with international dispute resolution procedures.
