Smart JSA Bridge

01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Smart JSA Bridge account, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. This service aims to facilitate the sharing of safety knowledge and foster mutual development.

02. Service Description

This service provides a Safety Knowledge Repository where industrial safety managers can store, share, modify, and utilize Job Safety Analysis (JSA) templates.

03. User Responsibility

• • Account Security: Users are responsible for the security of their account information managed through Supabase.
• • Data Cleansing: When sharing a JSA to the Public library, users must remove any identifiable security information, including specific site names, equipment names, and personal names.

04. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

All JSA templates registered in the library are information voluntarily contributed by users.

• • The platform does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or site-suitability of the shared content.
• • Shared material is a reference, not an approved work permit. A competent person must check site conditions, local rules and controls before work.

05. License & Intellectual Property

• • Platform Rights: Rights to the service's architecture, UI, and logic database are vested in the company.
• • Shared Content: Community reuse v1: ownership stays with the author. Permission covers copying, adapting and republishing for work, with a link to the source and a note of changes. It does not grant rights to third-party material or certify safety. Removing a public page does not recall copies already obtained. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

06. Prohibited Use

Mass crawling of other users' knowledge contributions to build a separate paid service or exploiting them for non-safety purposes is strictly prohibited.

07. Global Compliance

Users must assess content against the laws and requirements applicable to their workplace. Selecting Singapore or using an example does not certify compliance with Singapore WSH requirements.

08. Termination of Access

In the event of inappropriate data posting or a violation of community rules, the platform reserves the right to delete the relevant content or restrict account access without prior notice.

09. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and comply with international dispute resolution procedures.
